“The best example I can give is one day, in the thick of days of panic and repetitive thoughts, I sat down to do my morning meditation. Straight away it was like diving into a pool of honey. 20min later I ‘woke up’. I wasn’t asleep. It felt different to that. It was just black. Like I imagine being out in space to be. Not asleep, but alive, silent, nourishing, eternal.”
